How should I apply?
We prefer applications that are sent to us via our application address bewerbung@kwa.ac. We can process these documents much more quickly and get back to you sooner.
What do you consider to be a full application?
In order to get a good idea of your skills, we require a personal cover letter, your CV, other meaningful documents, such as references from previous employers and certificates of your final degree (Master, Bachelor). We also look forward to seeing your portfolio of projects! Please compile all documents and create one PDF file. Please also let us know which position you are applying for and which location you are interested in.
May I also send you a speculative application?
Yes, of course!
Will you let me know that you have received my application?
Yes. We prefer to communicate via email. We will therefore also send you an acknowledgement of receipt and invitation for an interview as an email.
Will I also get some feedback if I’m not invited to an interview?
Unfortunately not. Due to the number of applications we receive, it’s not possible for us to reply to each applicant personally.
How quickly will I receive a reply?
All persons concerned treat job applications as a top priority and usually react to interesting applications within one or, at the latest, two weeks.
How are applicants selected?
We generally prefer meeting you personally and invite you to a meeting. If you live further away, we can also get to know you via Skype. Then we tend to make a decision fairly quickly and let you know within the following week.
How long does kadawittfeldarchitektur save the application documents?
We save the documents for six months after filling the position. Please see our Data Privacy Statement for all further details regarding data storage, processing and use.
How long in advance do I have to apply for a position as an intern or working student?
We also look forward to receiving your application for a school work experience or for the Girls’ or Boys’ Day Camp. The places are extremely popular though.
Which internship placements does kadawittfeldarchitektur offer?
In addition to the school work experience placements mentioned above, you can also apply to do a mandatory or voluntary student internship in our practice. Voluntary internships are limited to three months. The length of your mandatory internship depends on your study regulations. We may even offer you the possibility to stay on as a student employee on completion of your internship. The monthly salary depends on your university course and the type of internship.
