Architect, civil engineer or construction technician wanted for property supervision and quality management!

We love the architectural profession and believe that architecture can have a positive impact on its surroundings, and that functional and aesthetic qualities ensure long-term acceptance. Our projects are diverse, whether in terms of their use or size, old or new – there is no uniform style and every new construction project is a new challenge. We are aware of the construction industry’s great responsibility for climate change.

In addition to traditional professional development, we also focus on individual inclinations, look at needs and challenges, find tailor-made offers and support the enrichment of expertise.

Good architecture requires many talents. We develop them!

We do a lot to ensure that our employees are well-balanced. Flexible working hours and mobile working, overtime compensation, company pension schemes, in-house training, JobRad, childcare subsidies, sports courses, Thursday breakfasts, team meals and extraordinary events and excursions are a matter of course for us.

If things suddenly become too much, e.g. due to unforeseen changes in family circumstances, we are always willing to listen and work together to find individual solutions.

Does this appeal to you? Then join our team in Heilbronn now.
