We have a lot to offer – what we expect from you:
- You have a university degree in civil engineering/architecture or training as a technician or in a comparable profession
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the execution of technically complex construction projects
- You are familiar with contract law (VOB, BGB)
- You are confident in using industry-standard software, such as MS Office, MS Project and applications for defect management
- You are distinguished by your strong communication skills and analytical foresight, as well as a high degree of initiative and responsibility
- Providing intensive on-site support for the projects you are responsible for is a matter of course for you
- You have business fluent German skills (at least C1 level or equivalent)
Your tasks
- Site supervision and quality management at a construction site in Cologne
- Collaboration with the design team
- Quality assurance with systematic defect tracking
- Scheduling; creation, updating, and monitoring
- Billing/review of change orders and negotiation
- Cost control and tracking
