The new building for the company, a globally active specialist for refrigeration and air-conditioning technology, is a clear commitment to Germany as a business location. As a landmark visible from afar, the 75-metre-high, 17-storey office tower with a base building and two underground car park levels offers space for 500 workplaces and various views of the city and the company premises including a showroom. The design of kadawittfeldarchitektur follows the idea of a vertical campus. Its central element is a transparent vertical zone, consisting of interconnected, partly multi-storey communication and modern work areas. The realisation was preceded by a competition in 2014.
